I haven’t started my Christmas decorating just yet but with December 1st coming tomorrow I had to dig out my advent calendar. Every year I fill it with one piece of candy for me and one for Matt for each day. This year I’m switching it up.

This year I’m filling it with a daily fitness challenge and a sweet reward.

During my lunch a wrote up a list of 25 exercises. Some are easy and some are difficult.

I cut up some cute festive paper and wrote one challenge on each piece of paper. I also grabbed a bag of each of our favorite candies.

I love Dove’s peppermint bark! It’s a good thing they only sell it this time of year. I’m excited to start this new holiday tradition and happy to sneak in a little fitness. What traditions are you guys starting?
